Planning a wedding weekend timeline can feel overwhelming, but Chandler & Parks’ wedding in Greenville, South Carolina was a perfect example of how a well-structured timeline can make the entire experience stress-free and joyful. From their intimate rehearsal dinner to their unforgettable reception at The 405, every moment flowed seamlessly. It was a beautiful reminder that thoughtful planning (and a trusted photographer) makes all the difference. The entire weekend was truly a ray of sunshine—both literally and figuratively—and their gallery beautifully captures just how joyful and love-filled every moment was.
One of my favorite things about capturing wedding weekends is getting to document the rehearsal dinner. It’s such a special way for couples to soak in time with their closest friends and family before the big day! Chandler & Parks’ rehearsal dinner was filled with sweet toasts, happy tears, and so much laughter! Truly the perfect kickoff to an unforgettable weekend.
If you’re planning your South Carolina wedding, I highly recommend adding rehearsal dinner coverage to your timeline. These moments are just as meaningful as the wedding day itself!
Chandler and her bridesmaids started their morning in the best way possible—getting ready together in a cozy downtown Greenville Airbnb. There’s something about an Airbnb setting that makes the morning feel more relaxed and intimate compared to a hotel room. Laughter, music, and a few happy tears filled the space as the girls got their hair and makeup done.
To make the morning even more special, Chandler had first looks with her bridesmaids, her dad & brother, and of course, Parks. This gave them extra time to soak in those emotional moments before the ceremony. While also keeping the timeline smooth and stress-free.
The couple exchanged vows at Daniel Chapel at Furman University. A stunning venue with grand windows and a warm, intimate atmosphere. This chapel has strict photo restrictions, but since I’ve shot there before (and came prepared with the right gear!), I was still able to capture every heartfelt moment without any issues.
And when I say heartfelt—I mean it. Parks completely lost it when he saw Chandler walking down the aisle. Their ceremony was filled with holy worship, emotional vows, and pure joy, making it an unforgettable experience.
After their “I dos,” the wedding party hopped on a trolley for a champagne pop moment (because what’s a wedding without one?!). This little break between the ceremony and reception was such a fun way for Chandler & Parks to celebrate with their closest people before heading to The 405 for the party of a lifetime.
The reception at The 405 Wedding Venue in downtown Greenville was LIT! Think candlelight flickering, a checkered dance floor, and a live band that made you feel like you were at a jazz club in Charleston! Their first dance to “The Painter” by Cody Johnson felt straight out of a movie, and from that moment on, the dance floor was packed all night long.
Dads, moms, siblings, and friends—everyone was celebrating. This was one of the most joyful, love-filled weddings ever. The night ended with an epic send-off, and you could just see how pumped they were to be married!

Chandler & Parks’ wedding was the perfect example of how a well-planned wedding weekend timeline can create a stress-free, joy-filled experience. From their rehearsal dinner to the last dance, every moment was intentionally planned and effortlessly executed. Really allowing them to be fully present in their day.
If you’re planning a wedding, I highly recommend thinking about your timeline in advance. Adding first looks, a relaxed getting-ready space, a fun transition between events, and a rehearsal dinner can make all the difference in how your day feels.
